WINONA, Minn. — For the week ending November 29, Winona State University recorded nine new COVID-pos cases. The new infections made for 22 total active positive cases — a decrease. The previous week had 19 new cases and a total of 41. Cumulative cases since tracking began this semester on August 24 total 577. These latest numbers confirm that the university will continue to remain in the yellow Level 2, which indicates a medium transmission risk. Other new data:
