WINONA, Minn. – A Gulfport, Mississippi, man was hurt when his car overturned after being struck by another car on the West End at Broadway and South Baker Street. Police called firefighters to help extricate the man. He declined being taken to the hospital for treatment. He had been westbound on Broadway. Police cited the other driver, William John Lundberg, 28, of Winona, for driving with a revoked license and failure to obey a stop sign. Lundberg was northbound on Baker.
