GOODVIEW, Minn.— A Pine Island man was hurt when his car and a semi-truck collided on Highway 61 in Goodview. Harold C. Radtke. 83, was taken to the Winona hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The truck driver, Theodore Robert Voland, 60, of Valders, Wisconsin, was unhurt. Deputies said both vehicles were heading north out of Winona. The accident was about 9:40 a.m. Radtke was in a 2003 Chevrolet Impala
