ROCHESTER, Minn. – Two cars burned up in an apartment building parking lot, both a total loss, and shriveled the vinyl siding on the building. A third car was scorched. There were no injuries. The fire was reported about 6:20 p.m. Firefighters quickly knocked down the fire in the vehicles, then focused on protecting the apartment building from further damage.
