ROCHESTER, Minn. – An Owatonna school girl, Olivia Flores, 18, died from injuries in an intersection collision outside the Apache Mall regional shopping center in Rochester. She died at s hospital. Her high school graduation was scheduled in another three weeks. She was 40 miles from home on a weekend shopping spree with a friend.
Flores. Had been keen on a “gap year” after high school.
