ELGIN, Minn. — A St. Charles man was hurt in a two-car collision but from appearances at the scene not too badly. Luis Enrique Monjarazgomez, 29, was taken to a Rochester hospital to be examined. The vehicles collided about 5:50 p.m. on Highway 42 at the northeast end of town. The other driver, Jasmin Marie Geike, 18, of Rochester., was unhurt. Monjarazgomez was in a 2006 Toyota Camry, and Geike a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. Both were headed north toward Plainview. The collision was at the Highway 42 intersection with Wabasha County Road 25.
