WINONA, Minn. – Boaters were cautioned that low water has made many launch ramps especially hazardous. Propeller wash has dug deep holes at the end of concrete ramps. The holes can catch and trap wheels of trailers. Advice: Don’t make situation worse by using boat motors to drive onto trailers. Crank and winch instead.
