Dev\winder Malhotra, is pondering disciplinary action against the president of the system’s Winona-Red Wing community college and tech school. Marsha Danielson, president of State College Southeast, did not fare well in an audit and a personnel investigation. Investigators found misuse of a company car, taking free tickets to see Minnesota Wild hockey, and made unwanted and specious racial and ethnic allusions.

I am currently reviewing the investigative reports and other materials presented to me, I have spoken with President Danielson, and I have engaged, and will continue to engage, the Minnesota State College Southeast community. Then, after due diligence, I will soon make and convey an appropriate discipline decision.
