WINONA, Minn. – An Eau Claire woman was arraigned for embezzlement of $27,000 from a Winona business. Olivia L. Hanson, 20, took money numerous times over six months beginning in November, according to the criminal complaint. She was charged with felony theft. The complaint alleges that Hansin covered the thefts with cash-over and short-exception reports.   When confronted, she  admitted to taking the money to pay personal bills. She was told to return to court for further proceedings in August.
