ROLLINGSTONE, Minn. – A Rollingstone man, Matthew James Speltz, 31, was stopped for speeding up Bear Creek Drive toward Altura. “Would you consent to a breathalyzer test,” the deputy asked. Speltz did. He blew .19% — well more than the allowable .08%. This was about 1:25 a.m. Deputies took Speltz to the jailhouse and began paperwork for a charge of second-degree driving while intoxicated.
