WINONA, Minn. — A man accused of child porn addiction was arrested on a probation violation charge of returning to a social networking website Myspace despite a judge’s order to stay off. It was the sixth time that probation agents have alleged Nathan Mller Dobbelmann, 29, had violated probation. Dobbelmann, a former Winona County sheriff’s jail assistant, had been convicted in 2008 of sending nude photos of himself to a teen and was specifically ordered not to go to social networking websites.
