NODINE, Minn. – A Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, man, Shawn Matthew Jakubowski, 48, was arrested at the Nodine Kwik Trip on Interstate 90 and referred for felony domestic assault. Deputies had received a report that Jakubowski had been in an argument and punched the other person in the face. A few moments later, about 4:20 p.m., the two ended up at the Kwik Trip where deputies caught up with them.
