ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester man went eight before a judge for incident indecently exposing his genitals in the St. Marys Hospital neighborhood since September. Zachariah Ahmed, 19, was advised of a series of charges: Indecent exposure, stalking, sexual misconduct. Ahmed was arrested at work Wednesday. Investigators said they had suspected Ahmed but decided t make the arrest when they realized in an interview that he was wearing the same clothing as the reported exposer.
