MINNEAPOLIS – The jury in the Derek Chauvin murder trial was sent home for a n Monday will be hearing final arguments on Chauvin’s culpability, if any, in the death of George Floyd n a Minneapolis street last May. In ending the third week of the trial, Judge Peter Cahill told jurors he would spend the weekend reviewing written questions they had submitted. He will have answers Monday after closing arguments from attorneys in the case, he said. Then the jurors will go into deliberations and not come out until they have a verdict. For how many days should jurors pack clothes and personal items?  Cahill said: “Pack for long, nope for short.”
