WINONA, Minn. – A LaCrosse woman, Kassidy Kay Poellinger, 20, was arrested after a Walmart customer reported two people rummaging through a parked car. When police arrived, the individuals ran. Police said they caught up with Poellinger near the Maurices women’s softgoods store in a nearby strip mall. The other individual, a man, got away. Poellinger was cited for cited for tampering with a motor vehicle and providing a false name to police. This was about 11:30 a.m. Police, also, discovered an active warrant for Poelleinger.
