MADISON, Wis. – Attorney General Josh Kaul announced that nearly one million child identification kits will be distributed through schools to Wisconsin families. The kits allow families to record fingerprint cards and a child’s physical description and to store updated pictures. The kits are like a lockbox solely for information about the child to keep at home. Kaul said: “If a child goes missing it can help law enforcement solve a case.”
