MINNEAPOLIS —The Land Stewraardship Project is collecting signagtures to encourage the Legislature fto approve $12 million for soil conservation. The cost-shar]e funds would go farmers and landowners who meet soil health criteria. The program won $5,3 million in state support last year. .
