WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Brian James Mendell, 29, was arrested after police found several digital files containing child pornography on multiple devices. The pending charges: 10 counts of child porn and 10 counts of disseminating child porn. The arrest culminated a multi-agency investigation by Winona police, the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and the Minnesota Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
