ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester man was charged with sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl repeatedly at his place when she was there for play dates with his younger sister. There were eight instances, all four years ago, according to the criminal complaint. Mohammed Shei, now 20, offered the girl money for a school book fair if she didn’t tell, the complaint says.
