ROCHESTER, Minn. – A 63-year-old Rochester man was charged with assaulting a child while supervising her after school. The charge against Paul Collopy: Second-degree criminal sexual conduct. The complaint alleged that Colloqy had the girl touch his genitals while helping with her nighttime routine for bed. This, according to the complaint, was while helping at the mother’s house a couple times a week in April and May 2021. The girl’s mother told police this May after the girl, age 8, shared her recollections.
