WESTBY, Wis. – A Westby man was injured fatally when he crashed into the rear of a dump truck. Roger Johnson, 63, was taken 27 miles to a LaCrosse hospital, where he died. The driver of the truck, Jeremy Haakenson, 34, of Westby, wasn’t injured. He was driving for Blackjack Transport of Westby. The accident was about 12:40 p.m. at State Highway 27 and County Road P north of Westby.
