ALBERT LEA, Minn. — The City of Albert Lea obtained a a court order allowing it to clean up the abandoned Merrick warehouse that was destroyed by fire December 3. The city has arranged with Dulas Excavating of Wells, Minnesota, to do the project for $300,000.
