ROCHESTER, Minn. – The downtown bar Legends, which has been in and out of trouble for snubbing Co-Vid restrictions, is closing for good but for reasons having nothing to do with the pandemic. Mayor Kim Norton is preparing an order to terminate the lease on the building. The building she said, needs lots of repairs and lkely will be demolished as part of riverfront upgrades.
