ROCHESTER, Minn. – County health officials lifted the 72-hour suspension on Legends Bar and Grill for flagrant violations of social-distancing and other anti-coronavirus rules. The trendy downtown bar, however, will remain closed pending further coaching from health officials. Michael Melius, associate director of public health, said the owner planned several steps over the weekend to meet protocols, including plans, logs, procedures and staff training.
