LACRESCENT, Minn. – Absences due to CoVid prompted the LaCrescent-Hokah School District to suspend in-person learning across all grades for one week. Acting Superintendent Gary Kuphal said there also were a large number of staff absences. The pause tentatively is for one week, Kuphal said. Meanwhile, teachers are preparing for virtual instruction starting Monday. The district has 1,100 students in three schools.
