WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Jason David Huwald, 44, was arrested by officers responding to a fight at the Sinclair gas station on Mankato Avenue. Police reported Huwald combative and said he damaged the door frame on their squad car. The incident was about 10:30 p.m.
