CROSBY, Minn. – A paramedic, Toby Rowan, 47, collapsed and died on a call with other emergency responders to help with a medical emergency. Attempts to revive Rowan failed. So did attempts to revive the patient in distress. Rowan was an employee of Mille Lacs Health System in Onamia, where his wife is a nurse.
