WINONA, Minn. — A resident reported the theft of a Johnny Pag motorized scooter from the backyard. The moped was valued at $800.. The vehicle was described as red, white and blue. A child at the residence reported noticing the moped was missing as early as December 26. The theft was reported 12 days later about 11:50 p.m.
