WINONA, Minn. – Cops caught up with Lucy Grace Wilfahrt, 19, of Winona, after a Kwik Trip clerk called about a shoplifter taking two packages of M&M candies. The theft was at the Kwik Trip at the Highway 61 and 14 intersection on the Far East End. The shoplifter was gone when police arrived about 9:30 a.m., but they tracked the get-away car to Wilfahrt’s home. She was cited for theft by shoplifting. Thew cops took the candy.
