WINONA, Minn. — Michael John Mendyk, 57, of Winona was arrested driving drunk, very drunk, police said. Police said he was stopped at Broadway and Olmstead streets about 1 p.m. and tested for blood alcohol. It was .22, triple the legal limit, police said.
