WINONA, Minn., April 10, 2020 — Ann Teresa (Gloudeman) Zeller, 96, who with her husband operated the Waumandee, Wisconsin, IGA for 40 years, died in a nursing home. She worked at 19 years Asco, now known as WinCraft, in Winona. She also volunteered for 13 years at the Cochrane-Fountain City grade school.
