WINONA, Minn. – Winona State University is lifting registration holds on students accounts with an unpaid balance of less than $1,000, said enrollment management director Ron Stege. He said the change may relieve student anxiety stemming from COVID-19 issues and allow them to register for summer and classes. Early numbers show summer enrollment is down 19% systemwide.
