SPARTA, Wis. — A Sparta man was arrested for drunken driving and causing an Interstate 90 crash that killed an equipment operator in a construction zone. Isaac Morales Jr., 25, was charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle. Morales not only was intoxicated but also was driving with a revoked license, according to the criminal complaint. Also, said deputies, there was marijuana in his vehicle
