WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Aaron Patrick Devorak, 42, was arrested and referred for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, driving after revocation, and no proof of insurance. The arrest was about 9:45 a.m. in the 200 block of East King Street.
