ST. PAUL, Minn. – A third Minnesotan was arrested for a role in the January 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol. Jonah Elijah Westbury, 26, of Lindstrom, was arrested Friday morning. He was arraigned in federal court in St. Paul. The FBI said it was alerted to Westbury the day after the January attack. A former high school classmate recognized Westbury from a video inside the Capitol and posted to social media. The FBI said it also obtained other videos from Westbury’s Snapchat account. Charges against Westbury include entering a restricted building and disorderly and disruptive conduct.

Arrests piling up
Relying mostly on videos posted online and matching up faces, clothing and riot gear, the FBI has arrested more than 400 people who took over the U.S. Capitol on January 6. Among them:

> Jordan Kenneth Stotts, 31, of Moorhead, March 19.
> Victoria Charity White, 39, of Rochester, April 8.
> Jonah Elijah Westbury, 26, of Lindstrom, April 9.
