ST, PAUL, Minn. – A Rochester woman declined to plea to federal charges that she had a role in in the U.S. Capitol insurrection last January. Victoria Charity White, 39, appeared before a federal magistrate, Judge Becky Thorson, within hours of being arrested at her Rochester home. The judge ordered White to appear onlne before magistrate judge in Washington, D.C., on April 15. In the meantime, White was released without bond. She was instructed to remain law abiding until the hearing and not to possess a gun.
