ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester man was charged with 22 child pornography crimes. Arkady Pavlovich Pichurin, 26, had been arrested on 10 counts of using minors in pornographic work, one count of disseminating child porn, 10 counts of possessing child porn, and one count of soliciting a child to commit a criminal act. Pichurin was booked on $100,000 bond. Police were tipped in mid-January about uploads to Pichurin’s internet address. In searching his home, they found hundreds of images of child porn, many of a child under 10 in New York. Police said they also found a conversation in which Pichurin asked the child to perform sexually.
