WINONA, Minn. – Firefighters were called to the 1200 block of Sugar Loaf Road for unauthorized burning. It turned out be only a backyard campfire but at five feet across was too big. Ordinances allow only three feet diameter. The homeowners were left a copy of the ordinance.
