WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man struck a police officer who had responded to a domestic disturbance, police said. The officer qas unhurt. The man, Marshawn Devon Leverston, 27, was taken in n numerous charges. First, police said, was what originally prompted the call to police about 10:30 a.m. – throwing rocks at windows on the 450 residential block of East Wabasha Street. Then was obstructing legal process.
