ARCADIA, Wis. — The person killed in a head-on collision north pf Arcadia Saturday was James Williams, 55, of Arcadia, the sheriff said. The second vehicle, a truck, was driven by Michael T. Buxrude, 60, of Moorhead. He was airlifted to a hospital with serious injuries.
