GOODVIEW, Minn. — Deputies arrested Sheerah Lindquist, 27, of Minneapolis, on a controlled substance charge after a traffic stop on Highway 61 near LaCanne Park. He had been speeding, deputies said. In his vehicle, deputies said, they found tetrahydrocannabinol vaping pens. The arrest was about 10:25 p.m.
