ROCHESTER, Minn. – Two vehicles, a semi-truck and a pickup truck, collided on U.S. Highway 52 at the Marion junction with Interstate 90. The pickup driver, Ryan Lee Williams, 19, of LaCrescent, suffered non-life threatening, the State Patrol said. The semi driver, Samir Rizvic, 50, of Ottawa, Manitoba, was unhurt The Patrol said Rizvic’s 2020 Freightliner and Williams’ 2004 Ford F150 both were southbound. The accident was about 8:30 a.m.
