FALLON, Nev. — Evelyn “Jo” Van Poperin, 75, of Fallon and formerly of Winona, died after a sudden cardiac episode. She earlier had lived jn Keokuk, Iowa, and St. Paul. She was known in Winna State University circles through her husband Hank, who was facilities director before retiring in 2008.
