ROCHESTER, Minn. – Police recovered 11 shell casings after dawn at an apartment house that was fired upon the night before. Witnesses said two men in a car pulled up to the building at 885 16th Avenue Southeast around 8:45 p.m. and fired several shots at the building. No one was hurt. The witnesses said the men then got back into the car and drove off. It was described as a dark Ford Crown Victoria. The men were described as black, both wearing hoodies. Police determined that bullets were shot at three apartment units. Earlier in the evening, police said, a fight as part of an ongoing dispute between some tenants had been reported.
