COCHRANE, Wis.. – Patricia “Pat” Ann Ives, 84, of Cochrane, died at home. She was born in Winona. Neighbors from when she lived in Wabasha remembered her peanut butter cookies with the fork design perfect on each one. Neighborhood kids recalled her sugar cookies with fun and gooey frosting.
