WINONA, Minn.– Deputies arrested a Winona man on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Deputies said they had stopped Cody Matthew Peterson, 19, for speeding on Riverview Drive and Prairie Island Road. This was about 12:55 a.m. Potential charges were pending results from blood test.
