WINONA, Minn.– Deputies arrested a Winona man, Julien Claude-Marie Ponsolle, 19, on suspicion of driving drunk. Potential charges were pending blood test results. Deputies said initially they pulled Ponsolle over for not stopping at a stop sign at Seventh and Main streets. This was about 3 a.m.
