MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. — A 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after police stopped him on Highway 61 near Bridge Street. He hadn’t been maintaining his lane, police said. Deputies then saw the boy’s eyes twitching and administered a sobriety test. He failed, police said. This was about 9:10 p.m.
