WINONA Minn. – With an uptick in student CoVid cases, Cotter Schools is requiring everyone to wear masks. There have been 19 new cases for Grades 5 through 12, five for Gades 1 through 4, and eight for 16 months to 6 years. Learning will continue in-school, as opposed to going online, said superintendent Mary Eileen Fitch. Cotter schools have t 1,000 students. Athletes are excepted while practicing and playing, she said.
