WINONA, Minn. – Fifteen new cases of COVID-19 were reported at Winona State University for the week beginning October 26 — a slight increase from the previous week. In all the campus had 23 positive cases. Even with the cases, the university remained at the yellow Level 2. The number of on-campus and off-campus students in quarantine was 94, in isolation 46. Since the pandemic began there have been 491 positive cases.
